Method Of Performing Tahajjud Prayer

The step wise method of performing Tahajjud prayer are:

1. Preparation:
   • Perform ablution (wudu/wazu) to purify oneself.
   • Choose a clean and tranquil place for prayer.
2. Beginning the Prayer:
   • Start with the intention (niyat) for two Rak’ats (units) of Tahajjud prayer.
   • Say Allah o Akbar and raise your hands to your ears.
3. Recitation:
   • Recite Surah Al-Fatiha (the opening chapter of the Quran) in each Rak’at.
   • Follow it with any other verses or Surah from the Quran.
   • In the second Rak’at, after Surah Al-Fatiha, recite another portion of the Quran.
4. Dua and Conclusion:
   • After completing the recitation, raise your hands and supplicate to Allah for His blessings, guidance, and forgiveness.
   • Conclude the prayer by reciting the Tashahhud and offering Salam.

تہجد کی نماز ایک خاص عبادت ہے جو مسلمان رات کی عشاء نماز کے بعد اور فجر نماز سے پہلے ادا کرتے ہیں۔ اس نماز کا طریقہ مندرجہ ذیل ہے۔

1. تیاری:
   • وضو بنائیں تاکہ آپ پاک دامن ہوں۔
   • نماز کے لیے صفا و ساکن جگہ منتخب کریں۔
2. نماز کا آغاز:
   • دو رکعت تہجد کی نیت سے شروع کریں۔
   • “اللہ اکبر” کہیں اور ہاتھ اُڑا کر کانوں تک لے جائیں۔
3. تلاوت:
   • ہر رکعت میں سورۃ الفاتحہ پڑھیں۔
   • اس کے بعد قرآن کی کوئی دوسری سورت یا آیات پڑھیں۔
   • دوسری رکعت میں، الفاتحہ کے بعد، قرآن کا دوسرا حصہ پڑھیں۔
4. دعا اور ختم:
   • تلاوت ختم ہونے کے بعد، ہاتھ اٹھا کر اللہ سے دعا کریں۔
   • نماز کو تشہد اور سلام سے ختم کریں۔
